An ACMV Engineer plans and supervises ACMV works such as installation of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation in buildings and infrastructure construction.
In addition to coordinating the ACMV works with other ongoing site works, the Engineer supervises contractors and workers to complete the ACMV works on time and within the allocated budget.
The Engineer is also expected to provide solutions for ACMV problems and be the key point of contact who will liaise with other building professionals on ACMV matters.
Interpret technical designs and drawings
Manage ACMV works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline
Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the ACMV works
Plan and arrange for manpower deployment
Provide technical advice and resolve ACMV technical issues on site
Supervise ACMV works (e.g. installation of air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation) in construction projects
Work closely with various departments (i.e. procurement team for purchasing of equipment and materials as well as finance team for payment-related matters)

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Min.
Experience: Local experience 5 years (Required)
Other Certification: BCA's M&E Coordination Specialist Diploma (Preferred)
