Responsibilities:
Manage daily operation and execution of project
Develop cost estimates, project budget and manage project costing
Manpower planning and efficient deployment of manpower based on call traffic patterns / workload requirements
Plan, control and execute work progress
Prepare progress reports and claims submission
Overall in charge for project’s day to day operation
To manage technician's daily job scopes deployment and ensure that all tasks are up to date and meet the project timeline
Collaborate with main-con closely on all issues and reviews related to the projects
To provide engineering support to project team and customers, including field work as and when required;
Manage and control project scope and variation order
Coordinate with client on project activities, including attending meetings and discussions
Identify area for project improvements and makes recommendation to the management team
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager or Management
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
Required Skill(s): Project Management , BMS , ELV , Security System
Excellent knowledge on BMS and AutoCad is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Team player, pro-active work attitude & be able to work independently with minimum guidance
Comfortable with 5.5 work days
