Project Engineer – Electrical, Instrument and Control
Job Overview
Our Project Engineer (Electrical, Instrument and Control) position requires a skilled and motivated individual to execute project and instrumentation and control activities based on the project needs.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing engineering projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with client expectations.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma or equivalent in engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation or related field).
Experience: Proven experience in managing engineering projects, preferably in construction, process engineering, oil and gas.
Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience as Project Engineer.
Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of project management principles and tools, and Singapore's regulatory and safety standards.
Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and collaboration capabilities with internal and external multi-disciplinary teams.
Work Style: Highly motivated and proactive with excellent problem-solving skills.
Adaptive to management changes & approaches, while maintaining a positive attitude in challenging work environments.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define project requirements and deliverables.
Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and project plans.
Oversee and manage project site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.
Coordinate with Licensed Electrical Workers (LEWs) to ensure all electrical works meet regulatory standards and project specifications.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Liaise with suppliers and contractors to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
Perform engineering calculations and design reviews as needed.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards throughout the project life cycle.
