Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage civil and building construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Resolve any technical issues that arise during construction.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and schedules.
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Ensure and monitor all instrumentation compliance to the design requirement.
- Address any non-conformities promptly and effectively.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure proactive measures are in place to prevent accidents and incidents on-site.
- Work closely with project teams, including architects, engineers, and other professionals, to achieve project goals.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment on-site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as a Resident Engineer.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant local experience in civil and building construction.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
