Job Description & Requirements
- Assist Project Manager in overseeing the development, testing and network installation to monitor and control Building Management System (BMS) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) Systems in commercial projects.
- Able to read, understand and review shop drawings, system designs in project specifications.
- Co-ordinate departmental activities, attend meetings and liaison work with consultants, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Perform site management on the installation works, inspections, testing, commissioning, and materials submissions.
- Lead supervisors and technicians in field work.
- Ensure daily operation achieve the targeted turn-around time while achieving productivity and quality, at the same time meeting environmental, occupational health & safety standards.
- Ensure all project activities are efficiently and cost-effectively executed throughout the project life cycle.
- Control project budget.
- Any other ad-hoc work as assigned.
