Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in handling projects, preferably in ACMV (Air-Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation).
Candidates with relevant experience in other engineering disciplines may also be considered.
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.
* Strong ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
* Possess good problem-solving skills, able to cope with pressure and stress to meet tight deadlines.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Responsibilities:
Project Management & Execution
Plan, manage, and execute ACMV or related engineering projects from inception to completion.
Ensure works are carried out according to project specifications, drawings, and industry standards.
Monitor project schedule, progress, and resources to meet deadlines and budget.
Technical Coordination
Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors on technical matters.
Review drawings, technical submissions, and material approvals.
Provide technical support and resolve on-site issues promptly.
Site Supervision & Safety
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is performed to required standards.
Enforce safe work practices and compliance with WSH regulations.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare project progress reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
Track project variations, claims, and cost control measures.
Maintain proper documentation of project records.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
Lead or assist in managing manpower allocation and resource planning.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
