Job Description
Ability to understand and convert client’s Project requirements into the required plan to be executed by the project team
Experience in Engineering and Construction works, preferably in the railway industry in Singapore or Malaysia
Familiarity in the use of Risk and Product Management Software.
Good knowledge of Project management processes & practices.
Familiarity in Risk Analysis
Ability to manage all aspects of contract document management system
Experience in producing monthly and weekly reports for the construction works
Experience in trouble shooting the problems
Planning and configuration to suit customer needs
Ability to plan according to the changing situations, based on client request
Prepared to make site visits when required
Able to attend client meetings, arrange internal meetings to pass down instructions to the team
Support the requirements and needs of the Project in order to meet the client’s requirements
Experience in preparation of Safe Work Method statements and RA for LTA projects
Experience in 4M Planning
Apply necessary permits and access requests to SMRT and has to be familiar with SMRT system
Able to supervise the construction team
Requirements
Minimum diploma or higher in any engineering field
At least 4 years of experience in planning / implementation/ consulting field, preferably in the railway industry
