Our construction team is looking for dynamic team players to join the team of professionals.
- Manage all aspects of the construction execution; from site preparations to build-out, are carried out in accordance with the project timelines and specs.
- Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
- Prepare construction progress reports based on contractual terms on time, cost and quality.
- Document action items and follow-ups from project meetings.
- Liaise with clients for site inspections, submission of necessary technical reports, and maintain all required records at the sites.
- Drive safety and sustainability.
- To take on PE Assignee supervision role (when required).
The Requirements
- Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent recognized by Singapore PE Board.
- Minimum 3-5 years' of relevant site experience work for projects.
- Experience in LTA project / Buildings is preferred.
- Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving.
- Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and construction teams.
- RE Registration with IES of Singapore is preferred for LTA project.
- Candidate can start work in short notice is preferred.
