Key Responsibilities
- Technical Sales : Promote and sell engineering products/services (e.g., equipment, systems, or solutions) by understanding client technical requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
- Project Management : Oversee project execution from sale to completion, ensuring technical specifications, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with clients, conduct site visits, and provide technical consultations to secure contracts.
- Solution Design : Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and presentations, collaborating with engineering teams to customize solutions.
- Market Analysis : Identify new business opportunities, analyze market trends, and collaborate with sales teams to meet revenue targets.
- Coordination : Liaise between clients, internal teams (e.g., design, production), and suppliers to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.
- Compliance : Ensure solutions comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications (e.g., Singapore's BCA or MOM standards).
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor's degree in mechnical engineering; additional sales/marketing qualifications are a plus.
- Experience : 2–5 years in engineering, sales, or project management; experience in relevant industries (e.g., pharmaceutical preferred.
- Skills :Strong technical knowledge of engineering products/systems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
