The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Reviewing project documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare cost estimates and identify risks.
Managing procurement and subcontractors, including contracts, schedules, and performance.
Administering contracts, handling variations, and supporting claims management.
Preparing monthly valuations, payment applications, and certifying subcontractor claims.
Supervising daily site activities, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity.
Optimizing resources, driving cost efficiency, and applying value engineering.
Maintaining reports, records, and compliance with HSEQ standards.
Working outdoors on construction sites.
