What You Will Do & Learn:
- Conduct site surveys and assist in preparing project proposals
- Support planning, execution, and monitoring of projects for timely and cost-effective delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet project milestones
- Review technical drawings, reports, and specifications for compliance
- Coordinate with engineering teams and consultants for feasibility and design optimization
- Manage technical queries and clarifications
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc site meetings to review progress
- Identify and address critical issues, improve workflows, and share knowledge
- Provide guidance to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Ensure adherence to QA/QC procedures throughout project phases
- Promote ethical practices to minimize non-conformance and rework
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards
- Promote and enforce safety protocols
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and HSE policies
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements
- Nitec & Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
- We welcome individuals who are new and eager to learn
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and SketchUp is a plus
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Independent, proactive, and willing to learn
- Positive work attitude and able to take on challenges
