Key Responsibilities
Provide deskside support and field services for end users, ensuring timely incident and request resolution within SLA.
Supervise and mentor junior support staff, assisting in onboarding and technical training.
Deliver proactive hardware and software support, including troubleshooting, diagnosis, and coordination with OEM vendors for repairs (PCs, mobile devices, meeting room tech, printers, etc.).
Support planned hardware/software changes such as refreshes, upgrades, and patches.
Assist with asset management tasks by following internal processes and standards.
Provide smart hands support for various IT hardware (servers, network devices, etc.).
Participate in large-scale deployment projects with defined status and reporting metrics.
Qualifications
3 to 5 years of experience in End User Support with 1 year in Lead capacity
Strong technical knowledge of desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and standard operating systems/software.
Good understanding of basic IT infrastructure (network, servers, etc.).
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a high-demand environment.
Flexible and adaptable; able to work overtime when required.
