The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team is responsible for the operation of security model training, and iteration under TikTok and other International products, to ensure product security and create a good atmosphere for content creation and community interaction.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience.

As an intern of the ADSEO team, you will have the opportunity to have an immersive experience in the fast-growing space of AI and contribute to the development of cutting-edge products.

What will I be doing?
1.

Support labeling projects and uphold efficiency and quality by preparing and monitoring key project metrics 2.

Leverage business platforms and other tools to effectively monitor and analyze project progress to ensure successful delivery
3.

Support the team in preparing regular project updates and improving the overall project experience in the business domain
4.

Assist the team in analysing project data to facilitate data driven decisions

Minimum qualifications
1.

Actively enrolled university students who can commit to the role for at least 3 months and above ideally with a minimum of 4 working days per week.

2.

Education background or equivalent experience in linguistics, literature, philosophy, journalism, or political science is preferred.
3.

Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English (verbal and written)
4.

Ability to quickly understand and grasp business knowledge and model training processes related to social content products.
5.

Strong communication and coordination skills, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
6.

Excellent analytical skills in processing and interpreting data using Microsoft Excel.
7.

Solid interest in project management and a keen eye for emerging social trends.
