Its diversified real asset classes include retail, office, lodging, industrial, logistics, business parks, wellness, self-storage, data centres, private credit and special opportunities.**Job Description****Responsibilities*** Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects* Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, requirements, and success metrics* Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery* Monitor project progress, proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate where necessary to ensure alignment with business objectives* Manage stakeholders expectations by clarifying requirements, anticipating operational risks, and providing timely updates* Facilitate effective communication and reporting on project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders* Drive the adoption of project management best practices and support continuous process improvement initiatives* Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and alignment with project goals**Requirements*** 3+ years of project management experience — preferably in a data-related technical enterprise environment, managing medium to large-scale projects* PMP certification strongly preferred (or equivalent project management certification)* Experience managing projects using Kanban boards in Azure DevOps* Experience in vendor management and coordination of external service providers* Strong skills in stakeholder management — able to manage expectations, clarify requirements, anticipate and mitigate risks, track issues, and escalate when necessary* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum) and best practices* Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, including timelines, goals, deliverables, and reporting* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver projects on time and within scope* Excellent communication and negotiation skills* Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)* Understanding of data platforms, ETL processes, or enterprise data solutions is a plus**Benefits*** Comprehensive medical coverage* Training and development opportunities* Subsidised rates at Ascott serviced residences* Strong advocate of staff volunteerism* Wellness programmes**Closing Statement:**At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
