Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently, implementing cost-control measures to avoid overruns.
- Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are achieved and expectations are met.
- Attend site meeting
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil & Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Min 4 years of working experience in construction industry
- Experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works in commercial building upgrading project.
