Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
Coordinate and collaborate with clients, consultants, relevant authorities, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues
Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project budgets and manage resources efficiently, implementing cost-control measures to avoid overruns.
Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are achieved and expectations are met.
Attend site meeting
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Civil & Structural, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Min 4 years of working experience in construction industry
Experience in Additions & Alterations (A&A) works in commercial building upgrading project.
