is recruiting for a Project Manager to join the team delivering a landmark new development in central Singapore.
This role offers the opportunity to take on a highly visible, large-scale construction project that will be both complex and career-defining.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project delivery, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, while also managing budgets, schedules, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage detailed work programmes, aligning progress with client goals and project-wide requirements.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams — architecture, engineering, interiors, and specialist consultants — ensuring coordinated, clash-free outputs through BIM and digital collaboration tools.
Oversee regulatory submissions to authorities (URA, BCA, LTA, SCDF, NEA, NParks, PUB, etc.), embedding requirements such as Green Mark, Buildability, Fire and Accessibility codes into deliverables.
Control budgets, monitor consultant fees, and manage variations/changes with robust cost and time impact assessments.
Build live dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, MS Project, Excel) to track KPIs, programme progress, and consultant performance, providing clear insights for internal and client reporting.
Identify project risks and drive mitigation strategies, reporting critical issues to senior leadership in a structured, proactive way.
Support construction phases by managing RFIs, shop drawings, site inspections, and statutory milestones.
Oversee workflows with platforms such as Bluebeam and Aconex, integrating data across BIM, schedules, and financial trackers.
Requirements:
Degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years’ experience managing large-scale building or mixed-use projects in Singapore.
Strong knowledge of Singapore’s regulatory environment and authority submission processes.
Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams on complex, high-value developments.
Commercial acumen with fee management, variation/change negotiation, and cost/time assessments.
Proficient with PM software (MS Project, Primavera, Power BI, dashboarding tools).
Strong communicator and leader, capable of managing both upwards (clients, directors) and across (consultants, contractors).
Experience with sustainability frameworks (Green Mark, LEED, WELL) is an advantage.
Singaporean and Singapore PR candidates will be prioritised.
