Job Description
- Assist in developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to monitor progress and ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Support project execution in line with engineering standards and client requirements.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure their works are within the schedule.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports and correspondence.
- Track project milestones, variations, RFIs and RFAs.
- Assist in identifying and tracking project risks, issues, and mitigation measures, escalating critical concerns to the Project Manager when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Architecture/ Construction Management/ Project Management recognised by PEB/ BOA/ BCA.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the built environment.
- Proficient in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
