Job Description
The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of construction projects from start to finish.
This involves ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget and quality standards, as well as effective leadership and communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, prioritizing their safety and productivity.
- Regularly inspect construction sites to guarantee compliance with safety codes and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain open communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to address their needs effectively.
- Prepare and submit project status reports as required.
- Administer contracts and manage budgets efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest construction technologies and best practices.
Requirements
