Responsibilities
Coordinate internal project team reviews followed by an approval and review by the client of the work schedule, progress measurement and reporting systems.
Review status reports, modify schedules and plans as required and keep the management appraised of the progress on a regular basis.
Monitor project progress and prepare reports on project safety and commercial status.
Coordinate the schedule, budget, issues and risks of the project.
Make sure the project management framework is well-organized and that it runs smoothly.
Collating the tendering documents, whether electronically or paper copies, in a presentable manner for client.
Requirements
PEB Recognized Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction industry, and 10 years’ experience as project manager/Director for the execution of substantial building projects, with a proven track record of fully completing at least 2 projects from start to finish.
Excellent planning, organizational, budgeting, forecasting, cost and schedule control and risk management skills
Leadership skills and track record of managing complex tasks
Motivated and goal-oriented, with the drive and commitment to deliver in line with targets.
Excellent communications and influencing skills.
Good Leadership and management skills.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, both written and oral, is required.
Strong proficiency in Chinese, both written and oral, is also essential to effectively communicate with stakeholders and project teams.
