Job Description & Requirements
We are looking for a proactive and organized individual to support our project team under the supervision of the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Assist in procurement and purchasing of materials as requested by the site team.
- Liaise with suppliers to track deliveries and ensure timely arrival of materials.
- Handle administrative tasks related to the project, including preparation and submission of paperwork.
- Prepare and maintain safety and compliance documents required by the site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure work is carried out according to schedule and quality standards.
- Support drafting and documentation using AutoCAD (ACAD knowledge is an advantage).
- Assist the project team in daily operations and ad hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in construction projects, procurement, or site coordination is an advantage.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- AutoCAD knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong teamwork spirit and willingness to learn.
