What this job involves:

Leading projects to success

In this role as Project Manager, you will be required to independently handle and perform the responsibilities assign by lead PM role in Data Centre projects.

You will be the driving force for Data Centre project so that they will be completed on time, to the agreed scope, within budget and with risks identified and mitigated throughout the project lifecycle.

This includes initiating, planning, executing, controlling, closing and handover of Data Centre project.

You will be integral part of Data Centre project taking lead in Civil & Structural matters and will report to Lead Project Manager.

On projects that you are assigned, you will be responsible for the overall programme of works, providing oversight and management of all project activities, working closely with JLL internal staff and project stakeholders and external parties on the project team comprising architects, designers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and other vendors.

You will guide the project to achieve outcomes that meet and exceed the client’s expectations and business objectives.

You will maintain a strong and positive relationship with the client by understanding their needs, requirements and constraints.

You will establish effective project organisational structures for communication, control, reporting and operating procedures, and ensure that clear objectives, quality control and risk management systems are in place.

You will attend all the meetings, track overall schedule, oversee safety at site, review plans, designs and project budgets, facilitate decision-making, address and resolve issues, monitor and report on progress on a regular basis.

To apply you need to be:

Competent and experienced in the field of project management and construction; a good understanding of the overall process of planning, design, construction/fitout and other technical matters; ability to manage budgets, costs, commercial and contract matters related to the project.

Prior experience working on large-scale data centre and/or industrial-sector projects would be an advantage.

Excellent communication, people-management and problem-solving skills.

Independent, resourceful, possess a keen ability to learn and with excellent work ethics.
