Project Manager (Construction)
Our client is a manufacturing MNC for building materials.
They are recruiting a Project Manager to join their Project Management Team for ongoing construction projects.
The role is located in the West and is easily accessible.
Duties of Project Manager
Oversee overall project management, including training, audits, manpower planning, and P&L management (revenue, cost, and margin).
Serve as the primary liaison with partner companies, contractors, and other stakeholders on all project‐related matters.
Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and management.
Work closely with the Contracts Department to support operational and administrative matters related to projects.
Coordinate with the Technical Department on product testing, certifications, and other technical requirements.
Collaborate with the Procurement Department to ensure timely purchasing, shipment, and delivery of products and materials.
Provide regular updates to management on training, audit results, manpower status, site progress, and other project developments.
Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, based on project and operational needs.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder.
Minimum 3 years Project Manager experience in Construction / Facilities Management industry.
Possess class 3 license with own car.
