Project Manager / Construction Manager - Salary: $18k–$25k

— CRL 2 / LTA / TWRP / CWRP / PUB

Responsibilities

• Report to Executive Director; lead HODs and Project Managers.
  
  
• Review contract documents; develop and approve construction plans, programs and schedules.
  
  
• Select/manage subcontractors and suppliers; approve major variations.
  
  
• Control cost, risk, progress and quality; report project performance.
  
  
• Improve methods and evaluate subcontractor performance.
  
  

Requirements

• ≥8 years supervising major underground/PUB/LTA projects (PUB DTSS, CWRP or LTA preferred).
  
  
• Civil Engineering degree accredited by Singapore PE Board.
  
  

Electrical / M&E Manager

• Coordinate M&E works with consultants, clients and subcontractors.
  
  
• Prepare method statements, shop drawings, T&C sheets, progress reports and technical submissions.
  
  
• Design/specify HVAC, chillers, control systems, fire detection/suppression and cooling equipment.
  
  
• Maintain site M&E procedures (EOPs/SOPs/MOPs/APs), assist Technical Manager, manage inspections and audits until project completion.
  
  Requirements: Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (PEB-accredited), ≥8 years as Senior Engineer/M&E Manager.
  
  

Safety Officer / WSHO

• Oversee WSH procedures and liaise with Main Contractor, authorities and company.
  
  
• Conduct safety inspections; enforce MOM/ ISO/ OSHAS standards.
  
  
• Implement and monitor workplace safety system; direct WSH Supervisors.
  
  
• Report incidents and prepare required safety documentation.
  
  Requirements: Diploma in WSH, MOM-registered WSH Officer, ≥5 years construction experience, strong admin/reporting skills, able to work at various sites.
  
  

Project Manager / Construction Manager (HDB Projects) GOOD PAY

• Civil Engineering degree accredited by Singapore PE Board.

• Manage on-site operations, coordinating with teams to maintain project quality and efficiency.
  
  

Design Engineer

• Contribute to innovative design solutions and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  
  

Civil Engineer

• Work on civil engineering projects, focusing on effective planning and execution.
  
  

Key Responsibilities Across Positions:

• Develop effective construction sequences and ensure compliance with authority requirements.
  
  
• Propose cost-effective solutions during design development and planning stages.
  
  
• Prepare essential documentation, including lifting plans, construction schedules, and methods.
  
  
• Collaborate with project teams to manage work schedules and resource requirements.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in PUB or LTA projects
• Proficiency in Primavera 5/6 is required

Civil/Structural Engineers

• Design, review, and supervise infrastructure construction such as MRT stations, tunnels, roads, and residential blocks.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with LTA, Changi Airport technical specifications and HDB building standards.
  
  
• Singapore Professional Engineer (PE) licence or equivalent beneficial but not mandatory for experienced Malaysian candidates.
  
  

Project Managers

• Lead multidisciplinary teams managing LTA or HDB projects from planning through completion.
  
  
• Coordinate with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  
  
• PMP certification or equivalent is desirable.
  
  

Site Supervisors / Site Engineers

• Manage daily site operations ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence.
  
  
• Implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements specific to LTA and HDB sites.
  
  

Quantity Surveyors

• Prepare cost estimates, tender documentation, and manage financial reporting.
  
  
• Familiarity with HDB tender processes and LTA contract frameworks is advantageous.
  
  

Safety Officers

• Develop and enforce safety programmes aligned with MOM's WSH regulations.
