Project Coordinator Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to support our team in delivering interior design and renovation projects from start to finish.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project schedules, coordinating site activities, and ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
This involves liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain project schedules, including deadlines and milestones.
- Site Coordination: Monitor and coordinate site activities to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
- Administrative Support: Manage project administration, including documentation, reports, invoices, and permits.
- Maintenance and Repair: Address maintenance and ad-hoc repair needs promptly.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in an interior design or renovation company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Working Conditions:
- Standard office hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
- Occasional out-of-office work may be required for project supervision.
