Location: Tukang, Singapore (West)
A new opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and hands-on Project Manager to join our team and lead the delivery of mtu Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) engineered power solutions across Asia.
This role is critical to ensuring project success from contract award through system commissioning and final customer handover.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience managing mtu Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) or equivalent diesel rotary uninterruptible power supply (DRUPS) projects.
This includes overseeing full project lifecycles, technical integration, customer coordination, supplier management, and commissioning processes.

Key Accountabilities
Project Leadership and Execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the full lifecycle of mtu Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) projects.Lead and coordinate all phases of project execution from planning to final delivery.Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.Develop and manage project schedules, risk registers, financial tracking, and progress reporting.Technical Scope Management
Collaborate with engineering teams to understand system design, particularly the integration of KPP units into site infrastructure.Review and validate technical documentation, including system drawings, power schematics, and site installation plans.Support factory and site acceptance testing, lead commissioning activities, and manage issue resolution during startup and operational handover.Stakeholder and Supplier Management
Coordinate cross-functional resources, including internal engineering, operations, and sales teams.Engage directly with suppliers and contractors for local balance-of-plant equipment and services.Ensure all stakeholders (internal and external) are aligned to the project goals and timelines.Customer Engagement and Communication
Manage customer expectations with regular project updates and milestone reviews.Conduct site visits and lead technical discussions with customers and vendors.Ensure all documentation, training, and handover materials are complete and delivered.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline (Mechanical Engineering with relevant power systems experience will also be considered).At least 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing mtu Kinetic PowerPack (KPP) or diesel rotary uninterruptible power supply (DRUPS) projects.Proven ability to manage complex engineered systems projects in the power generation or critical infrastructure space.Experience working with gensets, high-capacity energy storage systems, or kinetic energy recovery solutions is highly desirable.Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.Willingness to travel regionally for project coordination and site activities.PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.Why Join US?
