Project Manager (LTA Projects) | Up till $10000 basic + $800 transport allowance + $70 phone allowance + VB
Working location: 21 Bukit Batok Cres, #23-80/81 WCEGA Tower, Singapore
Working Days/Timings (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm and Alternate Saturday, 8.30am to 1pm)
Responsibilities
Project Planning
Develop and establish project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Budgeting and Cost Control
Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and monitoring financial performance.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement effective cost control measures.
Resource Management
Coordinate and allocate resources, including labour, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to procure necessary resources.
Project Scheduling
Develop and manage project schedules, creating work breakdown structures, setting milestones, and tracking progress.
Monitor and address any schedule deviations, implementing corrective measures as required.
Contract Management
Review and administer contracts, including agreements with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and manage change orders effectively.
Risk Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Develop risk management strategies, implement preventive measures, and create contingency plans to minimize project disruptions.
Quality Assurance
Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures.
Conduct regular inspections, audits, and tests to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Communication
Maintain effective communication and collaboration with clients, project team members, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Provide regular project updates, address concerns, and facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes.
Health and Safety
Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on the construction site.
Implement safety protocols, conduct safety inspections, and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Project Documentation
Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, contracts, and other project-related records.
Ensure proper record-keeping for future reference and legal compliance.
Team Leadership
Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, including contractors and subcontractors.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, resolving conflicts and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
Project Closeout
Ensure a smooth project closeout process, including final inspections, completion of punch lists, and handover to clients.
Conduct project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Degree in relevant fields
PMP Certified
At least 7 – 10 years relevant experience in handling LTA Projects
