About the Role
Partnering with a leading multinational contractor renowned for delivering complex marine, coastal, and infrastructure projects globally.
As part of their continued growth in Singapore and the region, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major marine and coastal works, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of safety, quality, and innovation.

Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale marine and coastal projects (e.g., reclamation, coastal protection, dredging, piling, and waterfront structures).
Oversee project budgeting, cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal project teams, driving collaboration and accountability across all stakeholders.
Ensure strict compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and problem-solving on complex engineering challenges in marine works.
Report project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior management and clients.
Foster strong client relationships, representing the company in meetings and negotiations.
Requirements
Degree in Civil, Marine, Coastal, or Geotechnical Engineering (or equivalent).
At least 5 years’ experience in project management of large-scale marine, coastal, or reclamation projects.
Solid knowledge of marine construction methodologies, ground improvement, piling, and dredging.
