Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of project execution in terms of project scope, cost, schedule and quality from initial preparation stage until complete handover.
- Plan and schedule project phases to ensure every stages meet the project timeline.
- Monitor and follow up construction progress stages and progress claims.
- Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and allocate manpower to optimize resource utilization.
- Manages and tracks all changes, potential changes, ensuring estimated cost and schedule changes.
- Provide regular reports inclusive of cost and schedule data to the top management.
- Identify issues and provide solutions to the project team to resolve them.
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project output.
- Evaluate and approve changes that have a substantial impact on project scope, budget, or schedule
- Collaborate in the preparation of bid tenders for new projects
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
- Attended site meeting with main contractor, consultant, architect and client.
- Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed
Job Specifications/Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Possess 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in building construction, specializing in M&E discipline.
- Good communication skills, people oriented and technically inclined.
- Demonstrate good leadership style.
- Independence and a problem-solver.
- Possesses proven track records of past projects in meeting the deadlines.
