Operations Management
• Lead end-to-end operations for client projects, including recruitment, onboarding, contract issuance, daily deployment, and billing.
• Manage daily workforce planning, scheduling, and site coverage to ensure service continuity.
• Implement SOPs, structured workflows, and compliance protocols to standardise operations across sites.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Development
• Scale and supervise teams (from 5 to 30+ staff), including cluster managers, site staff, and project officers.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff, ensuring alignment with KPIs, role expectations, and service standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
Project Initiation & Execution
• Oversee new project launches.
• Develop operational frameworks covering logistics, manpower deployment, and training content.
• Prepare onboarding materias and operational guidelines tailored to project needs.
• Monitor pilot deployments, refine processes, and scale operations based on outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement & Compliance
• Collaborate with clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Participate in tender submissions, including proposal drafting, costing, and compliance planning.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and client service agreements.
• Prepare regular reports on KPIs, service quality, and operational performance.
