Job description
The candidate will work within The Risk & Cybersecurity function.
The Project manager will oversee, manage and coordinate the implementation of remediation plans that need to be designed for applications following a review of all Security Baselines (Norms & Standards in terms of application Security).
The PM will interact with teams located both in Asia and in Europe.
He / she will be responsible for ensuring the remediation plans are well drafted, understood by all parties (ADM and production), validated by Domain heads (incl.
budget and roadmap validation) and
executed until findings are classified as compliant.
Activities
PM's Tasks are, but not limited to:
- ADM remediation budget and roadmap follow-up,
- Reporting to PMO located in CH,
- Risks and issues follow-up,
- Participate and help run dedicated Steering Committee,
- Coordinate w / Risks & Cybersecurity team currently performing the same review task on Asia scope,
- Identify and seek synergies in remediation actions,
- Coordinate w / CH local PM or production team SPOC to ensure mitigation actions are on track,
- Ensure the good relationship w / business sponsors and stakeholders in each locations,
- Assist where and where needed the Risks & Cybersecurity team.
As a PM for Risks & Security:
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute
their plans,
- Strong analytical and project management skills required, including a thorough understanding of
how to challenge the solutions / remediation proposed by experts,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a
diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts,
- Be the liaison between ADM teams and production teams,
- Ability to manage pressure and deal w / senior management,
- Ability to manage pressure and deliver timely,
- Able to flexibly resolve conflicts (internal-workload, external-other depended teams) by bringing stakeholders
together and agree on priorities,
- Solution oriented,
- Able to motivate and influence team positively (can-do attitude).
Required profile
JOB HOLDER REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Knowledge / Skills:
Mandatory
?
A minimum of 3 years in the Banking industry and especially as a Project Manager,
?
Good knowledge of banking and technical environments,
?
Experience in IT environments,
?
Experience in IT Security / Cybersecurity is a plus,
?
Excellent Project management skills (Planning & budget follow-up, risks and resources management…),
?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
?
Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders and different culture / time zones,
?
Reliable and strong attachment to quality and deliverables,
?
Ability to challenge and dig into details,
?
Good personality with a 'can-do' attitude and interpersonal skills,

Qualifications and Experience:
?
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
?
Experience in the banking industry
?
3 years experience in Project Management activities
Other Value-added Competencies:

PMP, Prince2, other project management certifications
