Job Purpose
Certis is looking for an experienced SAP Lead to Win (L2W) Project Manager to manage SAP L2W projects from start to finish.
The role demands strong project management skills, deep SAP expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams while delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SAP projects focused on the Lead to Win process, including opportunity management, quotation, order management, and contract lifecycle.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure quality assurance through testing, validation, and post-implementation reviews.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure SAP solutions are optimized for scalability, performance, and compliance.
- Drive process improvements and automation within the Lead to Win cycle using SAP best practices.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with business units, SAP consultants, and technical teams to ensure alignment of SAP solutions with business requirements.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and maintenance of SAP systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on SAP systems and the Lead to Win process preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale SAP projects.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
