Key Responsibilities
• Manage, control and monitor all project activities such as engineering design, site execution, testing and commissioning of project
• Attend project meeting and prepare report for project progress update
• Prepare project budget and cost estimation
• Plan and co-ordinate on the project progress and schedule and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate and plan to achieve project milestones, project deliverables and schedule monitoring
• Prepare / review as built iso for claim purpose, follow up with client for any outstanding DOs/Claims
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Work alongside the project manager to track project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and program leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, domain experts, and business analysts.
- Ensure timely escalation and resolution of issues and blockers.
- Maintain strong stakeholder communication and expectation management.
- Support governance activities and contribute to program-level planning and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of project management experience, preferably in Metal Fabrications Industry.
- Proven track record in handling multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project, Asana, Trello, or equivalent).
- PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
