Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee construction projects from start to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, addressing potential risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety requirements, and authority approvals.
- Review project drawings, identify discrepancies, and provide site-based solutions.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets required standards and specifications.
- Manage project costs, control variations, and optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare progress reports, documentation, and updates for management and clients.
- Lead problem-solving efforts to address site challenges and unforeseen issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in A&A and landed house projects.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and site management skills.
- Familiar with construction processes, local building regulations, contract administration, and safety standards.
- Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
