About the role
As a Project Manager (Construction) at Limelite Productions Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects.
With a full-time position based in the Mandai Estate North Region, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project execution and client satisfaction.
What you'll be doing
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate and oversee the work of contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, implementing effective contingency plans as needed
- Regularly communicate with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports
- Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to resolve technical issues
- Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for process improvements
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members
- Proficiency in using project management software and tools
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building regulations
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
