Job Description:
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Define scope of work and deliverables for A&A projects.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and regular progress meetings.
- Monitor day-to-day site operations and ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to assess quality, safety, and progress.
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and subcontractors.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and statutory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
- Address and resolve project-related issues or disputes promptly.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices and risk assessments on-site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction project management, with a focus on additions and alterations.
- Proven track record of managing A&A or retrofit projects in commercial, residential, or institutional buildings
