was established in July 2005, specializing in civil engineering works.
We have successfully completed various projects with multiple government agencies, including the Land Transport Authority, Housing & Development Board, Ministry of Education, Public Utilities Board, and Urban Redevelopment Authority.
We are registered with BCA under the supply heads of CW02, CW01, and CR11 with financial grades of B1, C3, and L3 respectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery:
Oversee the successful management of LTA projects, including planning, implementation, execution, scheduling, monitoring, and handover — ensuring completion within the specified timeline, budget, and client quality requirements.
- Budget & Cost Control:
Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising quality.
- Contract & Technical Review:
Critically review contract documents and drawings, and liaise effectively with consultants, clients, authorities, and contractors on engineering, contractual, and project matters.
- Productivity & Process Improvement:
Assess overall productivity, recommend process enhancements, and implement efficiency measures.
- Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, including all applicable permits and LTA standards.
- Reporting:
Prepare and submit accurate monthly progress reports to management and clients.
- Team Leadership:
Define clear roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for team members, both in scope and schedule.
- Supervision:
Monitor and guide project teams to ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory obligations.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB), Singapore.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience in the local construction industry.
- Must have successfully completed at least one full project cycle with a project value of
SGD 50M or above
.
- Prior experience in
LTA and PUB projects
is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, planning, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficient in
MS Project
and other project management tools.
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, results-driven, and highly motivated to achieve project excellence.
- Ability to commence work at short notice will be an added advantage.
