About the role
Lide Builders Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.
This full-time role will be based in the Woodlands North Region, overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing detailed project plans to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
- Coordinating and managing all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication
- Monitoring project progress, identifying and addressing potential issues, and implementing corrective actions as needed
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control measures
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, and subcontractors, to achieve project objectives
- Providing regular progress updates and reporting to senior management
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of local experience in project management within the Civil Engineering.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects from inception to completion
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and project management best practices
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficient in using project management software and tools
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or Civil engineering background.
