Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Operations:
- Coordinate with Project team and cross-functional teams to track project status
- Streamline workflows and optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Revenue Reporting:
- Analyze revenue streams and prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance teams to forecast revenue and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in all revenue-related documentation and reporting.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks in project execution and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate risk factors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational risk management policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project operations, revenue management, or risk analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and financial reporting software.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices in risk management.
