Job Responsibilities
Support, provide administrative support and manage daily sales operation and sales team
Attend to calls and enquiries, process customer order, planning, scheduling and liaise with customer for order delivery
Support project department in documentation preparation, filing, recording and updating
Handle quotation and knowledgeable in purchase order, delivery order, sales order and invoicing
Assists in preparation and submission of relevant report and documents for tender
Vendor sourcing and procurement
Stock monitoring and recording
Monitor shipment of order
ISO preparation & filing
Conduct sites visit where require
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma or related field
Must for AutoCAD
and Microsoft office applications
Prior experience in AutoCAD of Mechanical Engineering
