Your tasks
Identify and qualify project sales opportunities in the Industrial Solutions and/or Infrastructure segments by engaging proactively with consultants, contractors, and end users. Lead the sales process from initial opportunity to contract award, including developing tailored value propositions, coordinating with internal teams on technical proposals, and managing pricing strategies. Support and engage in sales activities with the local sales team to open new doors, participate in exhibitions, deliver customer trainings, and build brand visibility. Maintain accurate and timely records of project opportunities in (CRM) MS Dynamics, ensuring effective pipeline visibility and tracking. Develop and execute strategic plans for growing the Industrial Solutions business, with a strong focus on Manufacturing Plants and Infrastructure Projects. Your profile
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development focused on major projects (value exceeding SGD 500K). At least 3 years of experience working on Industrial or Infrastructure projects from a technical or sales perspective. Proven track record of developing and closing project-based sales opportunities. Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of customer behaviour, competitor dynamics, and market trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-driven, able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Ability to identify and convert new project-based sales opportunities. Strong skills in building and managing customer relationships at multiple stakeholder levels. Competence in developing sales strategies and executing go-to-market approaches. Skilled in coordinating cross-functional input for proposals, tenders, and technical solutions. Proficiency in managing sales data in CRM systems MS Dynamics). Confident in representing the company at industry events, exhibitions, and customer workshops. Benefits
