Job Description
Key Responsibilities;
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the Repair and Repainting Construction Sector
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and property managers
- Conduct site visits and assessments to understand project requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare and submit competitive tender proposals , including pricing, technical documentation, and compliance with client specifications
- Collaborate with estimating and project teams to ensure accurate and timely bid submissions
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and negotiate contracts to close deals
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies
- Ensure smooth handover of projects to operations teams and maintain post-sale client engagement
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the construction industry, with a focus on Repair/Repainting projects
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing client relationships and negotiating contracts
Skills:
- Strong understanding of construction materials, coatings, and repair techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Leadership and team management skills (for Sales Manager role)
