Key Responsibilities
1.
Project Planning & Coordination
· Coordinate with consultant and attend meeting with clients for project discussion
· Prepare the costing and submit to client for approval
2.
Site Supervision & Technical Oversight
· Supervise and ensure works are carried out by contractor in accordance with the Specification and drawing
· Monitor the contractor's progress and performance
· Monthly update client on the progress of the project
3.
IFM Technical Advisory & Compliance
· Provide technical support and guidance to the IFM operations team on building, M&E, and asset performance issues.
4.
Quality, Safety & Regulatory Management
· Implement QA/QC and WSH management systems for both project and operational environments.
5.
Leadership & Reporting
· Lead project engineers and contractors in multi-disciplinary environments.
· Verified the bill of quantities and certified contractor payment
· Able to meet client for project discussion after office hour or weekend
Qualifications & Experience
1.
Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Engineering (or equivalent).
2.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building construction, site supervision, or technical facilities management.
3.
Strong technical knowledge of building and M&E systems, with proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
4.
Familiar with statutory frameworks (BCA, NEA, PUB, SCDF, MOM) and submission processes.
5.
Experience with integrated facilities or infrastructure projects is an advantage
