Job Description
We're looking for a Project Coordinator , to manage sustainability projects i.e Green Mark etcAttend project design meetings and relevant meetings
- Monitor project costs and Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions;
- Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information;
- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track;
- Manage project-related paperwork;
- Direct project correspondences by preparing memos, meeting minutes and emails;
- Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives;
- All other ad-hocs tasks as assigned by Reporting Manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in related field; building industry-related preferred
- Positive and good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently;
- Prior experience in a relevant role;
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines;
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
