Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Promoter to join our team.
As a Sales Promoter, you will be the face of our brand in retail stores, engaging directly with customers to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and deliver an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and demonstrate products to customers in retail outlets.
- Drive sales by actively engaging customers and explaining product features and benefits.
- Assist customers with product selection, upselling, and closing sales.
- Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times.
- Ensure product displays and planograms are properly set up, neat, and in line with company standards.
- Collect customer feedback and report market insights to the sales team.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
- Support in-store promotions, events, and campaigns.
- Provide basic product training and knowledge to store staff when necessary.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays.
- 6-day work week, with rotational weekday off.
