Responsibilities
Managed assigned accounts -
Act as the first-point-of-contact for customer’s vacuum needs
Management of current sales cycle
Generate new business for both products and service
Manage service enquiries – repair, exchange or upgrading
Resolve conflicts in a timely manner
Report on the current status of the account and sales transactions
Monitor sales and service measurable
Develop long term relationship with Key Appointment Holders within the accounts
Suggest actions for sales and service performance and identify opportunities for growth
Act as a team member within the world-wide metrics of the account.
Requirements
Diploma & above in Mechanical Engineering preferred or with vacuum pumps products experience fpr Semicon industry
Proven track record as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
Hands on experience in direct sales and accounting servicing
Known ability as a problem solver and for conflict resolution
