Responsibilities
Ensure all purchasing contracts comply with contract specifications, obligations, warranties, company requirements and include all required warranty submissions as specified in the main contract.
Weekly updates into the ERP system.
Monthly updates of material delivery records and reporting to management.
Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma in a relevant discipline.
Minimum 3 years experience as a purchaser in the construction or civil engineering industry.
Knowledge of ERP systems is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment.
Meticulous and cost‐conscious.
Experience in contract procurement.
Experience in contract administration.
Site‐based work required.
Willingness to work 5.5 days a week.
