Job Description:
- Asist with the day to day purchasing activities, including order processing and inventory management.
- Liaise with vendor to abtain pricing, avaiability and delivery information.
- Maintain accurate records of all purchasing related documentation, such as invoice, contract and vendor information.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excelent communication and interpersonal skill.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
