Job Description & Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing and evaluating suppliers based on pricing, quality, and lead times to support department needs.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in line with company policies and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers to track and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Receive and inspect incoming stock, verify delivery accuracy, and report any issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records in the system, including stock levels and movement.
• Collaborate with participate in periodic stock-taking activities.
• Handle ad-hoc purchasing and administrative duties as assigned.
Working Day / Hours:
Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
Meal Provided.
