Key Responsibilities
Assist the Purchasing Manager with daily procurement activities and sourcing equipment, parts, and supplies.Process purchasing orders, and monitor order status to ensure timely delivery; communicate any delays or issues to the appropriate parties.Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies.Work closely with the receiving department to ensure proper goods are received and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.Assist with the maintenance of accurate procurement records, including details of orders, invoices, and documentation for inventory audits.
